Sale policy

Every piece in Market Space exists once. Its photos, materials, dimensions and price are shown as they are. Small marks of the hand are part of each piece.

When you continue to payment, the piece is held for you for 30 minutes. If the payment is not completed in that time, it is open again for others.

Prices are shown in the currency of each piece and are charged in that currency. The amount is always the one on the piece's page.

Free shipping within the GAM. Outside the GAM we ship with Correos de Costa Rica; shipping is paid separately by SINPE.

Within the GAM we write to you after the payment to agree on a day for delivery. Outside the GAM we write to you with the Correos de Costa Rica cost; once it is paid by SINPE, the piece is sent and you receive the tracking number.

Please check your address and phone number: they are used only to deliver the piece.

Because each piece is unique, returns are accepted only when the piece arrives damaged or is not the one shown. Write to us within 7 days of receiving it, with a photo, and we will arrange its return and a full refund.

Refunds are made to the same payment method used in the acquisition.

Payment is made on a secure payment page. Card details are entered there and never reach this site; we do not see or keep them.

For each order we keep your name, email, phone and delivery address, the piece and the amount. They are used only to complete and deliver the acquisition and to answer you about it. They are never sold or shared beyond the delivery itself.
